Finally! We have a working toilet and sink, running water and all. This was step one to the temporary occupancy permit. Step two was electric which did get connected earlier this week. We received our temporary OP yesterday, just short of four months after breaking ground...not bad. The bad news is that this is the only running water we will have (i.e. no showers) which might become a problem come Wednesday when our much awaited guests arrive...
